How we are making our brand more sustainable
I'd like to talk about something that's been on my mind a lot lately - sustainability. It's something we think about a lot when it comes to our brand, and I wanted to share with you some of the ways we're working to make sure our business is as environmentally friendly as possible.

What we're currently doing
I'm excited to share some of the initiatives we've already put in place in our small business:- We eliminate the use of single-use plastics in our products and our packaging whenever possible. The photo at the top is an example of how one of our zen gardens is beautifully presented in a simple brown box.

When choosing the materials for our products, we keep sustainability at the forefront of the design process. We choose natural materials that do not harm the environment whenever we can. Some examples are: our meditation tables are made from paulownia wood (known as the most eco-friendly wood in the world); our zen garden accessories are made from bamboo and river stones; our crystal shelf is made from sustainably sourced pine.

By ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest quality through a strict quality control process, we reduce the occurrence of faulty products and resultantly reduce landfill.

We ship all our products by sea instead of by air, as it has a smaller carbon footprint.

On the rare occasions we have overstocked our inventory, we donate them to relevant charities that would find the products useful.
Over the last two years, our team had been constantly working to find new ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We know sustainability is a long journey, and one that isn't always easy, but we are determined to continue one step at a time.
